I love this bag. Very roomy and comfortable strap. I got caught in a downpour the first day I carried it but everything stayed dry!
We bought this bag in anticipation of a four week overseas trip. Unfortunately, the strap failed within 24 hours of the bag’s first use. Naturally, the failure occurred just as we were deplaning after a 16 hour flight. Not a pretty sight. The strap is made of two materials: a padded nylon portion that is attached to a nylon webbing portion. The attachment of the two materials failed. Upon inspection, it appears that the two materials were joined by nothing more than glue. Stay away from this bag – far, far away.
